This website is operated by RC&T Broadcasting ("RC&T Broadcasting", "we", "us"), which serves South Texas from Eagle Pass, Uvalde and Crystal City. Information you give us. You don't need an account to use this site. If you fill out the "Advertise with us" form, you provide your name, business, phone number, email, the stations you're interested in, your approximate budget and your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may receive technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region) and the pages you visit.
3. How we use information
- To answer your advertising request and send you rates or proposals.
- To operate the website and our live streams.

4. WhatsApp form
The form does not store your information on our website. When you tap "Open WhatsApp and send", the details you entered are passed to WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., and reach us only if you send the message. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. We keep sales conversations only as long as needed to answer your request and follow up.
5. Live streams and third-party services
Our live signals are delivered through streaming providers such as play10.live and XtreamCast. When you play a stream, those providers may receive technical data about your connection under their own privacy policies. We do not control how those third parties use information.
